Is there a guarantee that I will get the room I have booked?Yes. Once you have received your booking confirmation with the contact details of your landlord, the room is reserved for you. Nevertheless, we recommend initiating email contact with the landlord, to exchange important information (planned arrival time, where to get the keys etc.).
Is the commission I pay refundable?No, expo-rooms offers no cancellations and refunds. This helps us keep administrative costs low, which results in low prices. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact your landlord and find a solution with her. If you do so in time, your landlord can cancel your booking and re-open the calendar for a new customer. If your room was not available although shown as bookable (e.g. mistake of the landlord), we will refund your reservation fee asap.
What do I have to do after receiving the contact information?Please contact your landlord and let them know when you will arrive. As most landlords will not be on the premises around the clock, it is necessary to agree a place and time to hand over the keys. Your landlord is local, they will be able to help with any specific questions.
How do I know that a landlord is reliable?Almost 100 % of our landlords do a good job managing their calendars. Nevertheless, it is best to email them right after booking, so they are aware of when you will arrive. In case of a double booking, the landlord will refund your room rate asap. - In case of any issues, we are happy to help.
What is included in the price?You pay the room rate plus a commission for expo-rooms. All rates are per accommodation per night. Maximum occupancy is indicated in the search results and accommodation details. Cleaning costs are included. - Breakfast is not included, but your landlord may be willing to provide it at an extra fee.
